The long view—Building financial confidence and long-term wealth
Member data shows that confidence among WIN’s early to mid-career members often plateaus beyond the basics—particularly around what actually drives wealth over time, when to prioritise income versus investing, and how early structural decisions shape future flexibility.
In response, WIN has partnered with Intrepid Wealth to host a practical workshop focused on the foundations of long-term wealth creation.
The session moves beyond first principles to explore the role of income growth, investing, home ownership, superannuation and financial structure—with a focus on the habits and decisions that compound over decades.
Structured for practical learning and relevant peer discussion, the workshop is designed to help members focus on what matters most during this stage of growth.
What this workshop will cover:
The three drivers of wealth: income growth, savings and investing—and why income remains the strongest lever in earlier career stages
The transition from earned income to investment income over time
The role of home ownership, superannuation and structure in long-term financial flexibility
Practical investing principles centred on consistency, simplicity and habits formed early
This workshop is designed for members who:
Are in their late 20s to early 40s
Are early to mid-career, with growing income
Have a working understanding of personal finance and want to deepen it
Want clarity on where to focus as financial complexity increases
Value practical, peer-led learning
Guest groups are curated to ensure a highly relevant discussion for this specific cohort.
