Annual WIN Gala 2026

On February 27, 2026 we marked our first full year of Women in Numbers with a sold‑out Gala, bringing together hundreds of women, allies, speakers and supporters.

The room reflected what this community stands for – ambition, intelligence, generosity and momentum.

We were honoured to have Kerri Pottharst OAM OLY as our MC. Kerri brought warmth, humour and perspective to the evening, reminding us what it means to prepare, perform and back yourself. Our keynote speaker, Maria Lykouras, delivered a message that resonated deeply: Australia will see the largest wealth transfer to women in history over the next decade. Investing in women is investing in the future.

The evening was more than a celebration. It reflected why WIN exists: to elevate the role of Australian women in investing through a collaborative, member‑led network.

To everyone who attended, spoke, volunteered and supported – thank you.

Year one was just the beginning!
