The living wealth generation—How wealth, lifestyle and risk are evolving

High-net-worth Australians are transforming wealth from something held to something lived.

Travel, property, jewellery, collections and experiences are playing a larger role in how wealth is expressed and enjoyed. As wealth becomes more active and personal, the risks surrounding it are evolving too.

Chubb’s 2026 Wealth Report explores the emergence of what it describes as the “Living Wealth Generation”. Its findings reveal growing confidence among high-net-worth Australians, alongside increasing concern about the risks affecting their wealth, lifestyles and legacies.

WIN and Chubb Insurance will host a closed-door roundtable that brings together a select group of professionals from private banking, high-net-worth lending and wealth management. Drawing on insights from the newly released report, the conversation will explore how affluent Australians are choosing to live their wealth, the growth of passion-led collecting, the emergence of female super collectors, and the risks becoming more important as assets and lifestyles grow more complex.

Designed as a conversation around the table, the event will provide an opportunity to consider what these shifts mean for professionals working closely with high-net-worth clients, while exchanging perspectives with peers from across the industry.

Discussion themes:

  • The evolving meaning of wealth among affluent Australians

  • How wealth is increasingly being expressed through lifestyle and experiences

  • The growth of passion-led collecting

  • The emergence of female super collectors

  • Changing perceptions of risk among high-net-worth Australians

  • The relationship between lifestyle, assets and personal protection

  • Legacy, values and intergenerational wealth transfer

  • Implications for professionals advising and supporting affluent clients

Guest groups are curated to ensure a highly relevant discussion for this specific cohort.

Format: Closed-door roundtable with drinks and canapés
