Introducing the first of the WIN Masterclass Series: For WIN, by WIN

We’re excited to launch the Women in Numbers Masterclass Series—a monthly, online education series created by WIN members, for WIN members, designed to fit into a busy schedule.

These sessions are structured as practical micro-learning opportunities, focused on the topics our community most wants to build confidence in. Each session is led by women within the WIN network—business owners, experts and professionals sharing their knowledge in an approachable, educational and non-sales environment.

Our first session will be hosted by Angela Langmann, addressing one of the most common challenges across career stages—confidently navigating pay conversations. Despite strong performance, many women hesitate to initiate or fully engage in salary discussions, often underestimating their value or second-guessing their approach. Over time, this can materially impact long-term earning potential.

This practical masterclass is designed to help you approach these conversations with greater clarity, structure and confidence.
