1. General Information

1. Admittance to Women in Numbers Inc. membership (Membership) is subject to our receipt of your completed membership application form (Application Form) and payment of the annual membership fee (Membership Fee) and one-off entry fee. 
   
   

2. You agree to be bound by and comply with the Women in Numbers Inc’s (WIN) constitution (Constitution) as amended or varied from time to time.
   
   

3. To become a member, you need to complete and submit the Application Form available online via the WIN website at www.womeninnumbers.network (Website).
   
   

4. In your Application Form you are required to provide true and correct information, and make a declaration about certain matters. Please provide as much detail as possible so that your application can be assessed. 
   
   

5. The WIN committee (Committee) will then assess your application and decide whether to admit you as a member, based on criteria in the Constitution. The Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any Application Form in its sole discretion. If accepted, your Membership is for a period of 12 months. 
   
   

6. The Membership will continue until a written resignation of Membership is received by WIN via email to info@womeninnumbers.network at least 1 month before the Membership renewal date.

2. Membership Fee

1. You agree to pay WIN the Membership Fee as detailed in your Application Form or as determined by WIN from time to time.
   
   

2. The one-off payment of the Membership Fee will be payable in full upfront upon applying for Membership (or seeking renewal or reinstatement of Membership for subsequent Membership years (as the case may be)). Unless otherwise indicated, amounts payable to WIN include GST. To the extent permitted by law, all Membership Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   
   

3. In consideration of your payment of the Membership Fee and your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we agree to provide to you with access to the Membership benefits as specified on the Website from time to time.
   
   

4. You can opt-in to have your Membership automatically renew each year. You will pay the Membership Fee in full. Automatic renewal payments can be made either by credit/debit card or direct debit from a nominated bank account. You can update or change these payment arrangements or payment details at any time by sending a request via email to info@womeninnumbers.network

3. Membership Services

1. WIN provides its members with a range of services and benefits as part of its Membership (Membership Services). The provision of Membership Services is at all times at the absolute discretion of WIN and is subject to change, variation or cancellation at any time.
   
   

2. Details of Membership packages are provided on the Website and are subject to change, variation or cancellation at any time.
   
   

3. WIN makes no representation or promises that the Membership Services offered at the time of joining WIN or renewal of Membership will continue to be provided to members.

4. No legal or professional advice

The contents of the WIN’s publications are provided as general guides only and are not designed to be comprehensive or to provide legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Formal and specific legal and/or professional advice should be sought to address your individual circumstances.

5. No liability for WIN publication 

1. WIN gives no warranties or assurances and makes no representations about its publications, including in respect of its relevance, reliability, accuracy or completeness. WIN gives no assurances that its publications are suitable for your intended use.
   
   

2. WIN does not accept any liability for any claim which may arise from any person acting or refraining from acting based on information contained in a publication.

6. Intellectual Property

1. WIN owns the intellectual property, including copyright, in all content of its publications.
   
   

2. Reproduction of any WIN publication is not permitted without prior written authorisation from WIN. If WIN grants permission, you must give appropriate attribution to the author and date of first publication.
   
   

3. You are not permitted to use WIN’s name or logo, including on your websites or business stationery or to suggest that you are sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with, WIN without obtaining prior written authorisation from the WIN. You acknowledge that all decisions as to whether to permit your use of WIN’s name or logo are made by WIN in its absolute discretion.

7. Privacy

1. WIN is committed to protecting your privacy. WIN has a privacy policy to manage privacy.  A copy of WIN privacy policy is available on the Website.
   
   

2. By submitting the Application Form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood WIN privacy policy and that you agree with, and consent to, the practises described in that policy.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

From time to time, WIN may update these Terms and Conditions. The updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all Membership applications from the time of posting on the Website and onwards.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.  Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts New South Wales.

10. Transferability

Membership, and the rights of being a WIN member, are personal to the member and are not transferable.
