How financially smart women build borrowing power
Introducing the second session in the WIN Masterclass Series: For WIN, by WIN
Following the strong response to our first session, we’re continuing the Women in Numbers Masterclass Series—a monthly, online education series created by WIN members, for WIN members, designed to fit into a busy schedule.
These sessions are structured as practical micro-learning opportunities, focused on the topics our community most wants to better understand. Each session is led by women within the WIN network—business owners, experts and professionals—sharing their knowledge in an educational, accessible and non-sales environment.
Our second session will be hosted by Sharon Bae, Founder and Principal Mortgage Broker of Artemis Finance, and will focus on one of the most influential—but often misunderstood—drivers of wealth: borrowing power.
For many women, lending is not just about income, but how their financial position is assessed and structured. Without this understanding, opportunities to build or accelerate wealth can be delayed.
This practical masterclass is designed to give you greater clarity on how borrowing works, and how to strengthen your position over time.
What this session will cover:
How lenders assess borrowing capacity and risk
The key factors that strengthen or limit your financial profile
Structuring your finances to improve borrowing power
The role of borrowing strategy in long-term wealth creation
Common misconceptions about credit and lending
Wednesday 17 June, 12-1pm
